Not much sewing going on these days... I have a quilt to bind so that is next on the to do list. I just can't seem to find that perfect binding to finish it off.
Today I headed to Mokapu Beach and the beautiful tidepools. After much time sea shell searching, tide pool gazing and checking out the waves I jumped in and swam with the sea turtles. When you swim with the sea turtles it is such a magical experience, I had forgotten just how magical. Warm water, lots of colorful fish and one beautiful sea turtle that swam as if we weren't even around made today an awesome day! I am savoring every last minute of my summer break before school starts...
That sounds so wonderful! It's been awhile since I've been in Hawaii....I'm due for a trip over. But, I remember the water there....it's the very best! I think you are very lucky to live there.
